Clinical context

SMART-COP estimates risk of needing intensive respiratory or vasopressor support in community-acquired pneumonia. Oxygenation is a weighted criterion (2 points) and is age-adjusted in the original model; apply thresholds exactly as defined by your selected SMART-COP protocol.
