Clinical context

The Modified Aldrete Score is used in PACU discharge readiness assessment by evaluating activity, respiration, circulation, consciousness, and oxygenation. Many protocols use a threshold around ≥9 for transfer readiness, but final disposition should follow local policy and overall clinical stability.
